Click start->Run. In run box type cmd and hit enter.
Now command prompt window will appear.
In command prompt type PING website address and hit enter.
Eg: ping websitename.com
IP address will appear in command prompt.
After that type the particular IP address in the address box.
Now command prompt window will appear.
